Our first visit to a Nando's restaurant, to be honest we picked it due to it's proximity to our hotel as my mother cannot walk far and we are unfamiliar with Sterling. It was brilliant, from the moment we arrived. The service was great, the food delicious and the restaurant, whilst very busy, was running really smoothly. The staff were truly excellent, patient, friendly and working really hard.

Can’t even explain how nice the staff are , me and my partner received last collection order got home and the dietary/disability impairments / requirements were not met/wrong order received . Therefore unfortunately we could not eat it, David (the manager) asked us to explain the person my partner spoke to and what time and what was in the order, then was very attentive and soon to address the entire issue, by replacing the same order as last night. I cannot explain the utmost perfect standard. Also happened to see place was well kept/clean and the other staff seemed to work brilliant overall 10/10 service

Despite being very busy they managed to get me a table. The food was great, nice, warm and tasty. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. They checked back, and seemed very genuine about everything. Overall a lovely visit - thank you.

We were a little worried as we couldn't book that we would be waiting an age, but when we arrived there was only one person in the queue and we were taken in within minutes. We were taken to a table where we could order our meal through the app and everything was brought to the table, everything felt very covid safe. Food was great as usual and service was quick, professional and friendly. Recommended

Staff are so friendly and helpful. A staff member explained the full menu and ordering due to us having an allergy. The food was fantastic, and the bottomless peach ice tea was a lovely treat.

Went at half 5 on a Friday was really good all round, wasn't too busy but within 30 mins it was lol
